Do I have to pay anything to sign up?

No. You get Plan 10 where you can monitor up to 10 websites for FREE. No credit card or anything else is required.

What payment methods are supported?

Credit and debit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Maestro, Solo), PayPal, Wire transfer in EUR and Mail/FAX. Payments are processed by BMT Micro, a very well established company doing this since the beginnings of Internet (1992).

Will I start receiving spam if I sign up to the newsletter?

No! We will occasionally send you news and tips about Site Assistant.

You can opt-out at the bottom of every email that you receive from us. We use a respected web service Your MailingListProvider for sending newsletter. YMLP has a clear Anti-spam policy. Newsletters use so-called double opt-in so nobody can sign-up in your name.

What is the technology behind Site Assistant?

Site Assistant is programmed in an innovative programming language REBOL and uses the Cheyenne web-server.
